Does this staff member have a supervisor? You could complain to their supervisor. You have rights just like any other human on this earth. Educate yourself about them.

I don’t know about your living situation but obviously it’s a place that has rules/guidelines to follow?
Can you try and switch up the times to shower etc on the schedule or whatever it is “ to where your more likely to stay in track? __________________ Helping others gets me out of my own head ~ |

How are you being used? Chores are a person's RESPONSIBILITY. If they are forcing you, maybe you have a personal problem with being responsible? I don't know your situation or your living conditions but there are usually rules for living in situations you seem to be describing

I have spent many years living in structured environments with all kinds of expectations and rules and stuff. What I found worked for me pretty well was, whenever possible, try to clarify UP FRONT what the rules, regulations, and requirements are for, say, in your case, being allowed to go to the cinema. So, if, for example, whoever the person in charge is says, "You cannot go to the cinema unless you get up before noon, are washed up, and clean your room," then you can plan for that the night before and there will be no surprises. So, as has been mentioned, clarify all these expectations in advance. Then, you can be sure to take care of your responsibilities so you can go to the movie. Just my take. Good luck!!
