Dear Stahrgeyzer, God love you! You're doing everything you can think of, & some of it is actually working. Maybe you don't need a therapist right now. Stay with us, & keep the way you are in your self journey, searching for answers. You apparently have good instincts. Someday you will be brave enough to try trusting a human being in person. Right now, you seem so close to doing that, researching therapists, but you aren't quite ready yet. So, just take it easy & keep going in your own pace. And know that many of us here at PC love you & wish all the best for you! Good luck with everything you're doing! Lots of hugs to you!!

You are coping and doing excellent problem solving. Good work. You are taking care of yourself. There is nothing wrong with you. Dump the test results you are doing well.
