I feel like the key is the metabolism. If you have a fast one, one hour of exercise may be say 300 cals. But if you have a slow one, one hour of exercise could be 100 cals.

When I was a kid I used to skate every day after school for 4 hours. If only I had 4 hours now to exercise!!

I take corgard, which TOTALLY slows down your heartrate, ive read online to the equivalent of 200 kcal per day. Ive been taking it since i think the late 1970's. So my metabolism is like on permanent screw.

But the 10 hrs / wk, or 35 miles /week, which is like 90 minutes a day, worked for me in 1980, and 2000. I guess i will have to take one for the team and prove it for 2020.

I wanna leave my body to science so i dont have to pay for my final whatevers, and you need a healthy bmi to do that.

Say what now? That is interesting.

I have to lose the weight for both diseases I have.. scoliosis and MGUS. Not to mention all the other things I could have due to it.

I have definitely noticed that slowing your heart rate slows your metabolism. I now use the heart rate to gauge if my metabolism is too low.

I saw this today People who eat a big breakfast may burn twice as many calories: Study finds eating more at breakfast instead of dinner could prevent obesity -- ScienceDaily

"Our results show that a meal eaten for breakfast, regardless of the amount of calories it contains, creates twice as high diet-induced thermogenesis as the same meal consumed for dinner,"
