These past couple days my sex drive has been through the roof. I’ve been on my testerone shots for almost 3 weeks and also I should technically be dealing with PMS as well. I can’t concentrate on anything. I keep forgetting to eat. I just look at stuff on Reddit for a lot of the day. I did order a few things online so maybe I can start concentrating again and not look at so much stuff. But today was just ridiculous with how distracted I was.

What Emily Fox Seaton said. Hormones. Were you asking how to distract yourself? How to deal with it? Its a change for sure.

Both. I’m waiting on my stuff to be delivered that should for sure help but I’m not sure when that will be.

This seems to cover many bases: How to Stop Thinking About Sex (with Pictures) - wikiHow (from a simple Google search.)

I'm also wondering if you're just not used to feeling this way. It may be an adjustment.

Hey, mountainedew -

many taking testosterone experience a very high sex drive. testosterone can also cause some mood shifts. Have I seen you on a mood-related forum? if so, you may already know that hormonal shifts might cause mood swings . Most people I have known, tend to feel a bit edgy until used to the hormone. I imagine some might experience hypomania?

I hope things settle down for you soon.
