I have a few memories and strange feelings that are making me believe that I switched universes or dimensions or something changed within the structure of the universe. There are subtle differences, like the Mandela Effect but it's just me personally. I start thinking about it and I kindof get excited... a rapid heartbeat, like I'm onto something really big that I need to get to the bottom of.
Even reading this back to myself it literally sounds crazy and completely impossible but the conviction in my heart is very strong. I wish there was something I could do to prove it. I'm worried I have a mental illness. I have very little knowledge of psychology but I've read enough here and there to make me concerned. Should I talk to my doctor or something? Is this normal? Thank you, |

Hello Blitzkrieguser: I see this is your first post here on PC. Welcome to Psych Central. Yes, I believe talking to your doctor might be a good first step. I hope you also find being here on PC to be of benefit.

I agree. Talk to your doctor. Also, if you don't have a psychiatrist yet, I would get one.

Welcome!!!!!!! I have bipolar disorder and I have at times in the past had this experience. For me, it was a part of my illness and went away completely with treatment. Please do consider talking to a psychiatrist. They can help you sort this all out.
Hang in there!! There is nothing "wrong" with you, you just may need to sort a few brain things out here and there. Be well!!! __________________ When I was a kid, my parents moved a lot, but I always found them--Rodney Dangerfield |
