I’m really glad to find a support system during this pandemic. Anyone else struggling with depression like me? The hardest thing about depression, is knowing your depressed. Ugh!

I’ve started using the mood log and quizzes to rate how I’m doing. This has helped me to get up and out of myself and build awareness of my actions.

I would like to hear how some of you are handling your depression, what your doing about it, and what is working for you right now.

Thanks!
