What are the most practical mental health resources, books, online, podcasts, etc. that you use in your everyday life?

Hello fletty: I noticed this is your first post here on PC. Welcome to Psych Central.

I don't know as I can really be of help with regard to your question. My own primary resource is Psych Central. Perhaps other PC members will have other mental health resources they can share though. To some extent, I think what resources one might recommend may depend on what particular type of mental health condition you're interested in, unless you're simply seeking general mental health information.

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
