well to be honest what's in our mind is different from reality . Those inner voices doesn't help either. It really depends on the person and what they go threw in a day. I think in my "world" I find colouring in pictures helps me see whats real and not real. Things like low fat options stop the voices in my head saying ill be fat

I grew up being told what you think doesn't really matter, because you're not important
now, even though I am indipendent, with my own thoughts and my own life, I have never been able to shake that thought. |

I believe that our mind influences everything that we feel and do in life. Our mind may play tricks on us and fool us into thinking beliefs that do not match reality, but I think our thoughts make up our reality, whether it's real or not.

I have a highly logical mind & logical thoughts. It took my good psychologist to get me in touch with emotions & combine both emotional thoughts & my logic into wise mind thinking. Though I still find my logic wins most of the time.
The influence of our thoughts comes through the choices we make. I think through all aspects of something & sometimes talk things over with trusted friends before making big decisions but there is no way that our thoughts don't have an influence on us. We may have thoughts we know would NOT be good to act on & if we do, there are consequences we will have to deal with. If ones thoughts don't take those things into consideration they ones thought process is incomplete/broken for whatever reason & that aspect of ones life needs to be worked on. __________________ Leo's favorite place was in the passenger seat of my truck. Great question. For me what I think has a large influence on me. I can get into terrible negative thought loops that can paralyze me with fear for days. I can also have periods where I feel optimistic because I think of possible solutions to my issues. From reading and studying a little bit about mental health, I think learning how to deal with your thoughts is one of the most important things humans can do. Yes, there is the amygdala that can make you do things without your thoughts, but beyond that it's almost all about how you think about things.

Our thoughts have a very strong influences on how we perceive events in out life. We tend to react accordingly , which will often support our beliefs, erroneous or not. We tend to manifest what we think .
