So I'm a 15 y/o with depression. I lose track of time and concentration always and that is a major barrier to my studies. And I have no motivation to study. The thought of failing the exam has given me several panic attacks in the school. I feel so lonely but I have pushed away all my friends and family members. The students at my school see me as a crazy weirdo. So please help me.

Seeing a therapist can help. Have you talked to the school counselor about this?

The school counsellor is well aware of it. I did met a psychiatrist and I'm currently under medications.

In nursing school, I had to take exams in a separate, monitored room from all the other students. This helped me significantly. There are many options you can discuss with your school counselor and doctor but perhaps a good start is seeing a therapist. They may recommend CBT which has promising results for most folks. Hang in there!
