Is truly changing yourself a difficult task? questions like this make me feel like everything is situational and the question is extremely broad.

Thank you for the reply. Is it then a difficult feat to stay the same throughout your life? How come so many people can have a problem with feeling like they haven't changed at all? maybe it is just a feeling after all.
