I haven’t had an appointment since the disaster with my last therapist 2 weeks before Christmas. I’m waiting to hear back from the new one. I should have an appointment sometime in May.

It's kinda crazy but my brand new Therapist QUIT!!! My old therapist of 12 years had health issues so he just stayed on leave and retired. Then I got a new therapist, saw her for two weeks then she quit!

UGH!! I don't even know when I will be assigned another one. *cries*

I see my therapist for our second session in 13 days.

I really wanted to get in next week but I'm a new client and her schedule was full. The office staff established a standing appointment time so I won't have this issue in the future. It's probably for the best, as I have not yet met my insurance deductible so the first session was $150 instead of the $20 copay I was expecting. I owe them that and won't have the money to put toward my balance until the first week of May so I wouldn't have been able to pay for a session next week anyway.

I should be hearing from her any day. If she says she’s not able to see me then she basically wasted my time. That’s 4 months I could have been seeing someone else.

Tomorrow at 10am MST last session with him before he retires next week. I hope i do not have to wait that long to get a new therapist and that i will like too

Still waiting to hear when I will have a new therapist. I kinda feel like I don't want another one after the last one left so suddenly. I am kinda sour all around, but let's wait and see what happens.

Going to text her today and ask for an appointment during the last two weeks in June. I know that is a long time to wait given all the out of control thoughts I am having but I also want to work while I can given my Pearson job only gives me work during the Springtime. I am going to focus my nervous energy on work in order to block out the unwelcome noise. Oh, I could stop the noise by medicating myself but I love the challenge of work and I perform better when I am feeling hypo. I get frustrated with my decreased concentration on some of my medications and wait until my husband gets home to take the ones that slow me down.

I do not see any Therapist anymore but do have one last life coaching class to attend. The Shrinks office is now a one-year event.
