Seeing my psychiatrist May 29 (the sessions are about 40 so they are like therapy in a way) and my therapist on June 18th, My sessions are so far apart that there is always plenty to talk about.

Still no word on when I will be getting a therapist. I am okay though, I feel like I don't need one. But when I finally get an appointment with a new one, will let everyone know!

I see my therapist every Tuesday afternoon. So tomorrow. I saw my psychiatrist today. I see him next week again on Wednesday, May 22. My moods have been...not quite right, lately. My psychiatrist is starting me on a small dose of a new medication, in addition to my current ones.
