I am grateful for a great holiday. I am grateful for enjoying a wonderful visit with my daughter. I am grateful for having additional plans for the season.

That a insulation man told us the underneath of our house is fine--contrary to claims by other that it needed $1,000 of dollars of repairs. Shame on Orkin for trying to cheat us.

I'm grateful that the fall is coming soon.
For yoga.
I got an earlier appt. with my pdoc. I'm so glad.
Got a cool looking movie at the library.
I volunteered today. They fed me, too, and I got to talk to my friend there.

There's a lot I want to change in my life. But I'm grateful that I have a roof over my head, food to eat, and am in therapy.
