4/10. Leftovers from lunch. A cheddar burger and poutine. The flavor is good I’m just not very hungry.

3/10. Deli turkey and cheese on low carbohydrate bread. Not really what I wanted but it was the only thing I had in the fridge.

pork chop with hot pepper on it and onions.

6/10--wish I had something tastier but that's the way it goes when you have to eat right.

2/10...pasta with vodka sauce on it. I didn’t warm it up enough so it was more like room temp.

3/10. It was frozen Chinese food. We didn’t have any rice. It was ok but it kind of popped when I ate it and I hate food that pops.

My dinner was some diet cereal. I was going to have some pizza, but it slipped out of my mom's hand and it splattered all over the floor. So she threw it away. It was perfectly fine! Though, I probably would've preferred the pizza. A 7/10.

2/10.. deli on low carb bread. I don’t mind the deli meat and cheeses I think it’s the low carb bread I dislike.

5/10. I warmed up some quinoa and chicken my mom cooked when she was here and froze for me. I usually don't cook. I eat out or microwave meals.

I love eating home cooked meals after living off of convenience food.

My mom told me to smell the meatloaf while it was being mixed to make sure it smelled right since she couldn’t tell. I couldn’t tell so I noped out. I ate the zucchini and mashed potatoes. 4/10. I’m still really hungry.
