10/10 I had an unhealthy hot dog (on bun with mustard, chili, and slaw) and French fries from a chain called Cook Out. It was wonderful!

7/10. I had a can of Tyson grilled and ready chicken. I don’t know. Maybe it’s the grilled part. It tastes different then other canned chicken. I’m sure it’s somewhat healthy though besides the sodium. Only 250 calories for the whole can too. Probably a lot of protein as well.

5/10 for my turkey dinosaurs and fries

none of it was really impressive, but the 5 because it's something to do for my inner child and I like dinosaurs. haha

8/10. I had a mini stouffers meat lasagna. I prefer the cheese ones but the grocery store closet to my house doesn’t carry the cheese ones. I also wasn’t really hungry but I hadn’t eaten much today so I needed to eat something. It was good though.

5/5. I had the other half of my Belgium chocolate pancakes from lunch. They were good and they heated up nicely without the chocolate melting. However, because of the 1 milligram of Xanax I took at 3, and then the 2.5 hour nap afterwards, then the lingering drowsiness I could barely hold my fork to eat any of it. But it was good.

3/10 for my toad in the hole yesterday.

also it was made worse by the fact my overeating on junkfood is worse.. and I just couldn't eat it

3/10. I had a Stouffers baked chicken TV dinner. I feel really sick to my stomach. I didn’t feel like eating but I am on a schedule and I eat at specific times whether I’m hungry or not. Also my mom thought I was sick to my stomach because I needed to eat.

No. That’s not what it was. I still feel sick.

Dinner was 3 hours late so I was off schedule. I had half a chicken breast and like 5-6 grilled shrimp. It was pretty good. I’d give it about a 4.
