0/10. I had 2 small pieces of ham. After eating them I instantly got sick to my stomach and I got a headache. Now I remember why I never eat ham.

2/10. I had a meatloaf lean cuisine. I was feeling really sick to my stomach but I needed to make my calorie goals and it was getting too late to eat dinner. Now I feel worse then before and I’m still under my calorie goal.
