French cassoulet with beans and roast potatoes done in goose fat, apple tarte tatin and chantilly cream, slight aroma of violets. 10/10 including a small carafe of wine. Yummo.

Tonight I presented my usual 10/10 risotto. Gordon Ramsay would be proud. It is a FUN dish to cook. This time, it was mushroom risotto with some asparagus. Last week, it was risotto with salmon. I find a lot of enjoyment in cooking and use it as part of my therapy. I threw on some Bon Jovi and let it rip.
