Lost,angry,confused and alone,recovering from 37 years of abuse,.............but at peace.....I am 17 days no contact with the two narcissists in my life,soon to be classified as estranged,my mother and sister.To not be abused by them or told what to do,controlled and bullied is absolute bliss!

I’ve been feeling achy and anxious all day and now my throat hurts. Stupid anxiety. I’m getting sick every 5 days because of my stress.

I am quite depressed,not happy being alone so much of the time.I'd like some company.
I guess I am limited how much I get out and about due to lack of funds. I am having to get used to this. Not much fun. I want so much more than is possible lately. |

Today was a better day though I was still lonely.I kept busy wrapping presents and I cleaned the kitchen,did the washing up and put them away and sorted the recycling.I slept through the afternoon.I emailed the Samaritans and got some of the anguish off my chest,they are quite supportive via email.Tomorrow I am going to the doctors and going to see a film.This evening I will watch tv.It hasn't been too cold though we have had rain,I have been able to manage without the heating mostly.

I feel upset with myself. It didn't help, either, that I took a bike ride and felt very unsteady on the bike. All I need is to fall over and break a bone...

Still feeling sleepy but have been more positive,I am getting used to being entirely alone and have been almost a month no contact from my narcissist family.The freedom and peace is beautiful,I feel good about being alone.My aunt phoned me to wish me well on my namesake day,she didn't mention my mum,so I am guessing mum hasn't told her we are not talking.It was nice to be thought of anyway.I wrote out my xmas cards to send on the 11th and decided to send some to relatives abroad.I think it's nice to make the effort.

I feel content,I am looking forward to christmas and January cos there is a lot on for me to do in January,art class,yoga, cinema and theatre shows,also I am joining the Quakers for worship!I have a lot to look forward to,I am also a member of the Labour Party so I want to join in events for that.Happiness,happiness,the greatest thing that I possess,I thank the Lord for my happiness!
