I'm feeling that I don't really want to think about my feelings right now. One thing about taking a break from PC now & then is that I don't focus as much on my own feelings...for both good & bad. That's just an honest answer to the question.

I am feeling much better.Even though the bullies yesterday made me feel flawed and defective and picked on who I am and things about me I can't change and inadequately and wrongly interpreted who I am and what my attitudes are,today I see they did that because of their own inadequacies,and I am changing from self hatred to self love today.I have got to love myself and stop seeing myself through the hatred of my bully's eyes.So after reading about bullies and what makes them do it online I feel better about myself today.

I realised how much other people's actions and opinions towards me affect my self esteem.After being bullied I sank into self hatred and felt so unwanted and unacceptable.I must not be so dependent on the validation of others.There will always be people that hate me ,I must LOVE MYSELF in response,not hate myself.

I'm bullet proof. I made my own concoction of medication.

As members before me have posted. Feeling really positive.

I now appreciate the craftsmanship of my body has endured.

I am feeling pretty crappy right now.

I had a break down at work, the second in a week. I quit on the spot. I am embarrassed and humiliated. I am now scared. I needed that job. How long will my savings last? But I also feel relieved it is now ended and behind me.
