I'm feeling 'meh'. I need more rest, however, that's in conflict with my need to see my grandmother. And I love seeing her, at the same time, this is nowhere near what visiting my gram has ever been before where we'd sit and chat or sit in comfortable silences. So, "meh". Dreading the emotional taxation of the experience.

Emotionally taxed. Slightly gutted. Trying to focus on one step at a time with some mild pc type of distraction so that I'm not fully only focusing on my grief yet embracing the warm fuzzy moment with my gram earlier today. It's hard living not so close to one another but her wishes are to be in her home state...

I’m feeling like it’s a Sunday and not a Saturday. I also kind of feel like I don’t have to work in the morning, but I also have anxiety at the same time about it. I guess I am just feeling a combination of confusion, anxiety, and tiredness.

I am feeling very hopeful and excited about the future. My therapist and I are connecting really well and I believe we are making great strides. My medication is finally beginning to work the way we've anticipated and I am beginning to feel joy and excitement again in my daily life! Thanks for asking

I am shattered, Went to bed at 2AM then woke at half 6. I am no use to anyone when I haven't slept well. Think I will have an early night.

Better since ate lovely Sunday breakfast of oatmeal with blueberries, chopped pecans, cinnamon, chia seeds and little half and half, poached eggs, and sprouted grain toast with peanut butter.

I am feeling positive. My therapy sessions are over, the therapist helped me from not being able to go into group situations at all to being able to now, depending on the group. Also I am able to socialise a bit from not being able to at all.I am able to make small talk with some people and make eye contact something I hadn't been able to do for a long time.
Yesterday I went to meet my niece we had lunch at the cafe and dinner at the pub. We saw the film Mary Queen Of Scots with Saroise Ronan playing the role of Mary.It was interesting and well acted and filmed.I was feeling unloved and my niece reassured me she loved me a lot,it felt good and cheered me up.We parted with a definite date to meet up again for a theatre trip. Today I enjoyed too,I went back to the pub for dinner ate cottage pie and saw another film,Can You Ever Forgive Me?That starred Melissa McCarthy and Richard E Grant.Again a very interesting film and I could identify with the lead character ,she lived alone with her cat and struggled to make ends meet. Now I am home and relaxing and looking forward to the week.I feel good for a change! |

I feel good because I went through some bad things but it only led to better things and a better understanding of the world.
