If I stick to my routines of daily mental housekeeping and control what I watch on tv, then my PTSD has less chance of affecting my future.

The universe also revealed that the kind gentleman who has been helping my daughter is a very trusted person, and that has opened my heart towards him.

I know who my friends really are. And they know me, and in a understanding way; sometimes, there is no need for words. As surely as night follows day, tomorrow they will be there waiting, smiling.

Just my take: I think it's another way of saying "what did you learn in / about life today?" The universe is all around, and we are part of the universe. Some people may have a more spiritual take. Not sure.

The universe plotted against me as usual but I saw right through the hurt and accepted how things are meant to be.
It takes the pressure off knowing the path is set not by me but by a greater force .
