You may be feeling ill and old but don't give up on yourself.....if you exercise and take good care of what you eat you can lose weight and get fit.
You could have many years of life left to live, so make good decisions and actions and live...you can have many more life experiences and achieve your ambitions,
you can make up for what you missed out on. So open your eyes and live, enjoy, use the time wisely.

To not be so hard on myself and stop analyzing every situation. It does not help me and creates too much anxiety. It takes time to break the habit be patient

To beat my anxiety by doing deep breathing exercises and to really believe that my bereavement issues can eventually be lifted. It all takes time, and I need to be more patient with myself.

To not over analyze every social situation. I do the best I can and sometimes my social skills aren't the best, but I keep trying.
