Went for a walk this morning, it was raining but just barely, like a mist almost. It was nice.

My doctor knows I've been struggling more with depression lately. He's not typically a joker but today he told me a really funny self-deprecating story and it made me laugh. Universal blessings on him!

The sun warm on my face
the breeze nudging my arms
faces in the clouds having a giggle
and little ol me thinking how grand life can be.

A fellow gamer called out for help in the zone I was in. I messaged him or her and offered to help. It felt good to help someone just for the satisfaction of being of assistance. He or she expressed much gratitude for the help (as I crushed the baddies!!) Well, it's the little things, sometimes - er...most of the time.
