Feeling very uptight. BIL is in the ER for unstable heart rate. The highest my sister told me was at least 130 bpm. She called me and told me the worrisome news. Please pray for him and my sister. Thanks

My anxiety is kind of intense. I’m trying to water out my system and also eat a small container of edible cookie dough. Some may say I’m eating my feelings. But I’ve also heard you need food to absorb your meds. Eh who knows. My thinking has been so skewed lately.

Tired, hungry, depressive and low. But I'm trying to be okay, with what little positive mindset I have left.

Hungry, but glad my stomach feels better. Have been hesitant to eat much last day or so.

Perplexed, angry, and apprehensive.
My dog keeps getting attacked or having other dogs act aggressively towards it. We don't know why other than to think maybe other dogs sense and realise his lack of confidence and submissiveness. Is it a case of the alpha bullying the lowest on the social pyramid? Anyway, last night was surprisingly different. We were sitting on our porch enjoying a well deserved beer in the evening heat. Thank goodness he was on a chain. As, a family with a pitbull walked by on the sidewalk. The while scary looking it was just casually strolling by nicely with his family - which included small children. Suddenly, our dog goes nuts and a vicious growling match ensues. We are desperately hanging on to our dog by the collar and they are doing all they can to restrain theirs. The thing is that OUR dog was for the first time the aggressor and we can't figure out why. It was mortifying too. I was so embarrassed as well as pretty angry with him. |
