My stomach feels awful. I feel like I strained a muscle and I feel like throwing up from the 3.5 large iced teas and muscle milk shake I had today.

Still too stressed to eat much. Yet being diabetic, I have to. I'm making it soft diet--soups, stews, purees, and shakes--so I can hold it down.

Very tired and that was after returning to bed this morning for at least 3 hours extra. Last night I didn't sleep well for coughing.

I am feeling better today.My mood was not too low but not good either but it was bearable,I was able to do a brief amount of shopping for notebooks and hair dye and go eat at the pub and I visited my mum.I am glad I am not severely depressed but my mood is more low than high.

I feel okay. Just been asleep on the sofa in front of the wood burning stove. Lovely lying here with the lights on low. and the telly off. Outside I can hear a night owl.
