How are you feeling right now #4

I got up early having gone to bed early.Its a chance to do some jobs so hung the new nets and put the sofa blankets in to the washing machine for their wash.Will then dry them.I will probably need some more sleep before sunrise though,but good to get some jobs done!I will need to wash my hair in the morning before I go out, as I have been sweating and it looks dank.

I took a Xanax and drank half a glass of water and ate avocado toast and I still feel like I am going to pass out and I wonder if I should go to the doctor or at least call someone about my physical problems.

I ,spent all day from 11.30am until 5pm looking after my elderly and infirm mum,I fed her twice,made her tea and peeled fruit for her,helped her on the commode and put her to bed.Then I came home,I am resting I am quite nired now.I still have my own washing up to do and to tidy the kitchen before bed and tidy the coffee table and lay a clean table cloth on it.Tomorrow my niece and I are spending the day together,I feel good and positive about that,I love spending time with my niece,we will have a meal and hang out at my place,later early evening we will go to desserts place and eat ice creme and then I have tickets for the theatre.So I am tired but feel good about tomorrow and looking forward to it.

I feel better after another dose of extra strength Tylenol. I also called my hospital network and I found an immediate care that’s opened 7 days a week including tomorrow. So I can go in the morning if I still feel really bad.

I am tired and sad. My sleep has been getting worse, last night I tried to get good sleep - I read (no screens) before bed, no lights, went to bed early, no caffeine during the day, etc.

And... I still couldn't sleep. I went to bed at 11p, was still awake at 12:15a, tossed and turned and kept waking up, bed felt like it was beating me up, checked the clock at 4:15am. It was kind of awful.

I feel very good,I had a wonderful day,spent it with my niece,we had a meal together,then we watched the DVD,They Live, and then we went to the cinema complex and had mango sorbet ice creme with real mangos. Then we hung at the cafe and had coffee and buttered toasted crumpets.Then we saw The Billy Fury Show at the theatre.We both really enjoyed ourselves and each other's company.I am feeling much more positive after today.

Feeling pretty good. Went to Easter brunch with friends, and the weather is gorgeous. Still suffering from allergies though.

I was eating Easter dinner and I felt like I was having a heart attack at the table because I was having chest pains and people probably thought I was being unfriendly but they can kiss my *** because I was legit in pain. I went to spread out on the couch and I feel a lot better. So it was probably just acid reflux.

Feel ok about my decision to not thaw the ham because that's one extra trudge through the metaphoric mud that I'm not quite ready to handle. The cooking, the cleaning, etc. And it's also not sitting there thawing risking total loss because I don't know yet the days this wake/funeral event is happening, but it would go to waste somehow, some way.

The stress of worry, though, that's now gone. The anxiety of the notifications in the family group chat, that's lifted as well.
