I have serious deep depression and I am physically exhausted...I am resting but am in distress.

Stressed. I had a checkup this morning, and the doc wants me to get a cardiac evaluation (is that the right way to say it? Surely it's not "cardio" like exercise, right?!?!)

It's preventative, because I had some issues as a kid and haven't really been checked in the last... like 20 years or so.

But I'm stressed about the logistics. I tried calling the place, and ended up in voicemail. Not sure if it was even the right voicemail. I'm not sure how this all works, I'm worried about taking more time off work, I'm worried about parking (yes, because parking scares me! I'm weird like that!), and just... everything.

But, I'm going to go do it. Just... wondering if/when they'll call me back.

And my arm is a little sore from the blood draw - not my favorite!

It sounds like there’s someone walking around upstairs but I’m home alone. So I’m a little bit freaked out right now. I do have dumb cats but that sounds like human footsteps.

I have been resting and I was exhausted earlier so I am feeling better now,in a less low mood.I am going to be home resting most days until Saturday and tomorrow I am only out for an hour to go to the clinic in the morning.I will try and rest and not get too stressed.If I don't get too tired physically I won't get into a deep depressive state.

I have very low confidence and self esteem.I want someone to love me and i want companionship.I want my family to love me more and care about me.I want to lose weight,be able to move around better and to look good and have more energy.

Just a little sad. Cried last night. Feeling like... "hope" is just something that leads you on, then lets you down. "Hope" hurts - because it never turns in to anything real.

Oh, and no return call from the cardiac place. And, I'm worrying that the doc's office is going to bill me for a regular visit, even though I asked for a physical/annual checkup (which is free under my insurance). Not sure what to expect.

Kind of weird week for me. I'm feeling a little depressed, but also agitated (I think). Like, I hate everything in my life, but also can't figure out how to change any of it - change feels impossible. Which leads to hopelessness.

And, I really need to cut the sugar (for my brain and my body). Was going to try to get through sugar withdrawal this weekend, since we have Monday off, but... it's 9am. And I had dark chocolate with breakfast. So, a little disappointed in myself.

Also, lots of things on my to-do list, but I'm not moving from the computer. Totally unmotivated.
