I feel really good. It's a beautiful morning. I woke up early as always. Set up my day goals. Completed my first two goals. Having my morning tea whole typing this reply

My anxiety is gone after taking my night meds. I’m pretty sure I’m having some type of sinus issue along with my constipation. I don’t feel horrible physically at this exact moment. I just don’t feel great.
