All I remember of the train ride into Paris was being so excited, since I had studied French in school and this was my first trip. Like, looking out the windows thinking: "THIS IS FRANCE! I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M ACTUALLY LOOKING AT FRANCE! RIGHT THERE OUTSIDE MY WINDOW!"
Nothing quite compares to living in France where I was born, though having dual nationality, have to work in London. Given every opportunity, I'll fly out here even just to spend a long weekend! Culturally, France is widely different than the UK, and not just its food and drink, but how the French treat people, and always it's with kindness, hospitality and genuine friendship. OPf all the places I have travelled, my heart will always remain in my country, France.

Your train ride must have been thrilling. When the time is right again, you can return to fall in love with France big time. You won't be disappointed.

I would travel to Neptune, play cosmic golf, and brainlessly watch Pluto rotate.

I’m looking for a van so I can take off and visit the grandkids or visit friends in other states whenever I feel like getting away. Can’t wait!

When I get well again and hammer this borderline type 2 diabetes that is presently threatening my present health, once certified as fit again and my daughter's heart operation a success (we are looking at months ahead), I'll love to go to Switzerland to one of the ski resorts that is open all year round, and take our skis and snowboards. It's the only time that I truly love snow. The rest of the winter - brrrr!

We have our dates set and got our schedules coordinated with my sister for our June trip. We are planning on driving to her house which is 3 hours away and staying overnight before driving another 6 hours to our destination then we will be doing the same on our way back. That way we will save money in hotels. We got that taken care of today and tomorrow we will be making our hotel reservations for our trip. I am really excited. Since we are staying at the same hotel chain we will also be making our Labor Day hotel reservations as well Tomorrow.

Thank you for that. We are being well looked after, and I'm getting lots of rest. Been practicing my viola for hours today, something I've been meaning to do for weeks.
