What do you do when you don’t need inpatient but your really struggling? My doctor doesn’t have any openings until my appointment in June. I have a job and no secondary insurance. So groups won’t work. I’m waiting on a therapist she should call me any day now but I’m thinking of just calling her first but I don’t want to sound too pushy. I literally have no idea what to do or even what I’m feeling.

I think that's the greatest conundrum out there when in between. One doesn't know when a personal crisis will rear its head and if not already lined up with a regular therapist schedule, it's like floating in the wind. I've utilized online communities like this to a great extent whilst in between therapists.
I hope others chime in with other types of resources. |

I’m still really struggling. I haven’t heard from my therapist yet. All the inpatient hospitals that will have openings are horribly abusive places. I still don’t think it’s that serious. I’m waiting it out and taking 3 Xanax at a time sometimes.
