I have lost a little weight. Although I went out and got a big burger and fries for lunch so who knows if that will last.

Today, Saturday, October 26, 2019, I am grateful for getting to sleep last night around 9 PM and waking up around 5:30 AM !!!!

AND I have used no sleep aids in about a week!!
