I am grateful for having a decent night's sleep last night, after a week of not sleeping too well.

I am grateful for finding a new safe and comforting image to imagine when the trauma flashbacks want to take centre stage in my head.

I'm extremely grateful to our senior partners for allowing me to have an espresso coffee capsule machine in my surgery.

Don't know if I'd have survived such a long day, otherwise. Might have a coffee addiction, but even doctors have their petty foibles.

Feeling better after a shaky waking-up that I think was down to low blood sugar. Better after some chocolate and now even better after some coffee.
Grateful I am retired and can stay in and not have to get up and go out to work today.

Feeling better this afternoon than I did first thing this morning. Feeling well enough to get out and walk to the store and buy food for my cat (she had some but wanted something different).
I'm grateful for her company and her friendship. Right now, having eaten, she is catnapping in my lap.
I'm grateful for the nice and knowledgeable pharmacists who take time to answer questions.
