For the fact that spending time in the suburbs where I grew up - and they weren't all happy times back then, either - has this most amazing therapeutic effect on me. While I'm there, my maladaptations decrease by a considerable factor! It's really quite nice and at the same time gives me this wonderful sense of nostalgia and history. I end up walking around with a big smile on my face, ha. I'm grateful for that. I'm making plans to go back and live there again. It's gonna be my magic cure.

I lost 4 pounds since I last stepped on the scale. Really grateful for that!

I am grateful to have a family that really cares. --To be with my mom, especially. She's a lot, but I trust her the most, to get things done, of my immediate family. I have been hospitalized since living here, and I say this.

Grateful for my hubs. Gosh he drives me bonkers sometimes, and I am grateful for the time to myself come Monday morning - but I always miss him after a few hours and I'm always so happy to see him at the end of the day.

Yeah, I love them, they're everywhere. And I'm not sure if I'm imagining this or not, but they don't seem to fly away so readily when I happen to walk near them. Maybe they can sense peoples vibes like other animals can.
