The fact that my walk went very well today. Usually my social anxieties make it a real hass but it went nicely today - just walking along the road. And I hope it means I've turned a corner, so to speak.

Food and shelter. So many homeless people in my city. There is this one bike path I take under this big bridge called the Steel Bridge. Because the upper deck of the bridge provides shelter from the rain/snow/whatever, there are a fair number of homeless people underneath that area. Now, there are so many, that they have taken to sleeping on the actual bike path. There is a maybe 20-inch clear path to ride through, with people sleeping on the rest of it. It makes me sad. Wish I could do something for them.
They won't be going anywhere, as I saw that today the US Supreme Court refused to hear the Boise case governing where homeless persons may camp. Today, Tuesday, December 17, 2019, I am grateful for getting easily to sleep last night by 8:30 PM, give or take a minute, then awake by 4 AM.
I struggled with insomnia for decades and now I get right to sleep without having to take any sleep aids. To do this sleep pattern is rocking my world!!! __________________ "Love you.
