I want something to eat but I’m not sure what, so that probably means I’m not very hungry.

Great thread. I need to eat, I can’t wait to dance and see music, I feel guilty about something I said to a male friend today that was kind of negative, and I just want to be over some things from my past.

Note to self: when it rains outside better close windows or it will be raining inside too.

Another note to self: mom always taught to look both ways before crossing the street. That still applies as an adult especially when driving. Those 18 wheelers have been flying through red lights AFTER it has turned green for me to go. Maybe I did listen to my mom afterall

Anyone remember direct to video movies? Especially Disney sequels? I remember basically every Disney sequel was direct to video. Nowadays everything is in theaters no matter how many movies there are in the series, or how bad they are. All those Alvin And The Chipmunk movies that they keep putting in theaters are a good example.

I wonder if cold water Tide works just as well in hot water?

Yes, I do remember all the direct to VHS sequels! I guess they eventually became direct to DVD?

Numerous sequels to The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast...or prequels, I guess.

Darn what I can bring for lunch tomorrow, I mean I haven’t been as good at wanting to cook dinner so I have leftovers for lunch. Since I’m usually good about bringing lunch then maybe tomorrow I’ll consider getting a salad for lunch. Sandwiches for lunch are so boring unless it’s a gourmet sandwich. If I won the lottery, one of the first things I would do is hire a chef to cook for me and teach me to cook and learn all the needed skills and finesse that chefs learn with being able to “whip together a gourmet, delicious meal at the drop of a hat.”

I spent $130 on Spongebob stuff today. 5 shirts and a water bottle. I’m on vacation though so I saved for it.

Plants do not feel pain because they lack the receptor types needed to feel pain. Not that plants do not have any receptors, but those are very different from our nerve receptors found in our nervous system.

This is actually not knowable. You can speak from an epistemological perspective that we know they do not have these receptors, but since neither you nor I are a plant, we cannot, ontologically speaking, know if they experience pain or not, whether or not it is in the way that we experience pain.
