9/10 - It was actually darned good. The only reason I give it a 9 and not a 10 is because I gave myself the fattiest part of a rosemary/thyme seasoned lamb chop. Hubby got the good part. With it I made a Middle-Eastern tagliatelle pasta dish with lentils, caramelized onions, and lots of parsley. It is an amazing pasta dish. I also made a nice spinach salad with beets, orange segments, toasted pecans and balsamic vinegar. I even had a very small glass of red wine with it. That was quite good, too.
