8/10 and ate leftovers of a thrown together dinner and really need to go grocery shopping again. Ate chicken, toast, crackers and cheese, a banana, and dark chocolate.

1/10 I took about 2 bites of scrambled eggs and was like “nope” I’ve been feeling like I’m going to barf since about 11. I haven’t even made it to 900 calories today but I just can’t.

0/10. I had 4oz of rib meat and I feel like I have the frigging flu. Everything I eat makes me feel absolutely sick.

6/10. A boiled potato. Better than what I’ve been eating lately but it had this weird after taste kinda like burnt metal. Like maybe from the pot? I don’t know. Foods been tasting wonky to be in general lately.

1/10. I had a few bites of a chicken breast and a couple bites of a piece of cake. I don’t really do sweets especially stuff like cake. And I wasn’t very hungry anyways and I never force myself to eat when I’m not hungry even when I’m at a family function because that’s a negative habit to get into. My family understands so they don’t care. The only comment my aunt made was something about the cake being filling.
