liz, I'm glad for all your accomplishments. You sound like me when I'm manic! I wish I could do more, but with advancing age, my back problems, bad knee, and times of depression, I have to pace myself and be content with just a few things each day. I went out with a friend yesterday to see a movie, shop, and then get home to write on my book and work on clothes. Today I slept most of the day. Too tired to do as much as I'd like.
Keep up the good work while you feel well, dear one--and enjoy life and be proud of yourself and your accomplishments.   Keep us informed, so some of us can live vicariously! |

Thanks for the encouragement. It helps to hear from others that they think I got a lot done. It's so easy for me to slip into being down about what still needs to be done.

You do have a lot of critters to take care of and other jobs around your place. I'm amazed you can do it all by yourself.

I totally admire your abilities owning my own 10 acre farm alone. I know about lawn tractor repairs....have done many even one on my new one when a branch popped off my drive belt.
I struggle to get things done on my tiny farm with only one horse & 2 elderly dogs. I actually look forward to those days that are "too hot" or "too rainy" so I can relax & give myself permission to slack off a little & I am retired (or is that re-TIRED) & don't have a career like you do. I can say you do have amazing energy & organizational skills to get done all that you do & taking a self day is good. __________________  Leo's favorite place was in the passenger seat of my truck. Lol....I have my days. Today I got done in 5 hours what I hadn't done all week. But I had my organized list & incentive because my horse was all out of feed.
