I have had the opposite where I am always mistaken for the youngest between my younger sibling and I. I don't think it is so much on account I look so young as it is my little brother looks quite a bit older.

Actually, his appearance hasn't changed that much it is just that as a young man he looked considerably older than his actual years. I am talking significantly older. When he was 19 a group of my friends (early 20s) and I ran into him at a pub. For weeks later they were asking me when were we going to hang out with my 'uncle' again. Poor guy.
