Take a series of cooking and baking classes that include learning to bake macarons, French cookies, and then bake for friends and family. Also learn how to bake eclairs, learn how to bake or broil fish properly so it actually tastes good.

About spam--I can only stand mine sliced really thin and fried to a crisp! It's like a sweet in-between of ham and bacon at that point.

I want to get a ginormous canvas one day or a giant piece of paper spread on a wall and paint a completely original mural. Have my brushes go dry and spill paint over the span of weeks, maybe months--the whole thing. <3

Hmm. I guess one thing I wanted to do a while back is to take a Hip Hop dance class. I don't exactly look the type, but I like it! I've taken many other types of dance classes.

Yes, same here @bpcyclist. Are you a WWII enthusiast? Of all the cities in that respect, Volgagrad would be the one to visit.

I am interested in WWII. Quite. No expert, but very fascinated by it and always have been. That and Vietnam. I was very young during Vietnam, but I had an older brother with a lousy draft number and I used to have nightmares about him having to go. Fortunately, he didn't. Unfortunately, he turned out to be a jerk. Can't win 'em all...

Oh, well, if you are going that direction, go back in time to 1975 and see Led Zeppelin in Madison Square Garden. One of my great music regrets in life is not ever seeing them. I was a concert freak, too. But it just never happened for me.
