Heading into the city but apprehensive about it in case I get triggered. When [it's just a case of 'when'] that happens, I feel very much trapped in a hellish realm - social anxiety. It's a long way home, you see.

Well, the truth is that I am obviously hypomanic. Still not sleeping, a bit euphoric, everything fast. All over the place. will have to call pdoc AGAIN and tell him. Not sure what he will wan to do. I just have to stay out of the hospital, that's the main thing.

I feel upset. I called my mom to chat. She totally dumped on me like she used to do. I thought things had gotten better. Now I feel like crap. I have enough of my own problems without having to hear the details of hers.

I feel fine I just have another pulled muscle in my stomach. Probably from work. I was reaching for some heavy boxes at waist level yesterday and pulling them towards me. That place is gross and dangerous though.
