I think I have a lot of dental problems because sometimes I have pain but other times I get this weird almost electric shock feeling in my mouth and it feels like my teeth are going to all suddenly fall out. I’m trying to wait until after the holidays to go though.

I am failing at can't figure out how to make my life work!

I don't know if I should go back for a 2nd visit with the local T that I saw last week, or just stick to trying to focus, read books, and figure it out myself. Or maybe a retreat, that would be awesome!

I am stressed. I need to replace my car. Like, now. Because I'm supposed to drive to another state to visit family in a couple weeks, and I don't want to go, but I especially don't want to go in a 15-year-old car that may decide to give up on life during 14-hours of round trip driving.

And, my job sucks (but I'm off for a couple days, to car shop!). I'm tired of it.

So overall, pretty darn blah, scattered, all over, and stressed. With a dose of "fighting off hopelessness".

I'm feeling frustrated and kind of anxious.

The past few months my ptsd has not been very present to the point where I thought I might be "cured".
But the last few days I've had a setback and been getting triggered a lot more than usual. I find it frustrating because I really thought that it was getting a lot better.

I'm also anxious because the end of the year (oct-dec) is usually when my ptsd is at it's worst and I'm afraid that it's just going to keep on going downhill from here.

But I'm really doing my best to stay positive and take care of myself so hopefully, this year will be better than the last ones.

@LiteraryLark - Ditto! I like being loopy (or I just like the word, hee hee), but I can be wired and exhausted at the same time (caffeine and CFS/ME, not a good combo). My buzzed feeling goes with the caffeine and the "weeee..." feelings.

I feel mighty proud of my preteen who is studying away on her home schooling homework, but prepared our dinner again tonight and tidied her room without being asked. It's constantly said that once preteens become teenagers, they become bolshy and rude. But I can't see that happening to my sweetie because she's always been placid. I'm also happy she wanted to learn to play my acoustic guitar.
