I am bored and lonely as I wait for my wife to return home from work. This is a daily occurrence. I need to develop some activities that get me out around other people during the daytime.

I woke up at 1:45 really anxious and panicky. I thought I had to work and then realized I didn’t. I’m still really anxious for some reason.

Despite the fact that I can't rid my life of bullies who are addicted to harassing me, I feel pretty damn good today. It's looks like it's going to be a beautiful day outside and I'll be spending time with my sister and we usually have fun. So I'm good!
