Tired & calm. This week is becoming my best week since maybe early December last year. Psychotherapy & meds are doing their job!

My gynecologist appointment went... ok? I couldn’t tell if she didn’t have any knowledge, is against transgender people, or was just utterly confused. But she told me how to get off my birth control. Then she said “if you change your mind and want to go back on the birth control give me a call.” Uh, that’s not how this works. I was very glad to get out of there.

The doomsday clock moved up today, Australian wildfires, bizarre contagious diseases, uncertainty about my job. Just gotta keep feeding my Xanax addiction to keep me calm. Right now I feel alright.

Multiple vehicle accident of 3 cars, 5 people and two dogs in a country lane. Fire brigade had to access injured from a mangled car. Vet on the scene put the dogs to sleep. Very distressed mother of 3 teenagers, the other adult, a man killed. I failed to revive him. Ambulances too full to take the mother (thankfully not injured), so I drove her to A&E and stayed with her til 6 AM then drove her home, staying with her while she phoned relatives. I didn't have to stay with her. But accidents distress people so bad that I felt it my duty. Came home at 7 AM. I don't think I can do this anymore.
