Coping in isolation

If anyone wants real actionable advice to coping in isolation I am offering help. I highly suggest you listen to me and entertain my ideas and put them into practice immediately. If you think someone will help you if things start getting back your wrong. Also even if someone did, they wouldn't even know what to do or how to do it.

If you feel stress or a negative emotion. Do NOT and i mean NOT interact with another person in anyway shape or form. Even if it causes you more stress. Do not allow yourself to cope through human interaction. Find something else.

I am not sure it always works for everyone. It might. But there are times when interaction with others is very appropriate

no interaction with another human being is the WRONG way and always has been to cope. Its just easier. Its a cop out. if you do it in yourself youll be immune to so many things humans can do.

I kind of see what you are saying. I don’t rely on others and can figure things out on my own. So I can see how that works for people. Not everyone needs others to get then to feel better. I hope you are staying safe and healthy

if you think that in the existance of mankind they used manipulation to their there needs and moved all over the place all the time. That they can all the sudden very very very quickly be forced into isolation with no problem. I think that says alot of todays society. That statement makes no sense. How can you claim you don't have instincts that need rebuilding. How can you honestly know your not manipulating when youve done it your whole life and everyone else has too. The mere fact you make a argument to make yourself look good says it. That in itself is manipulative. The problem is when you do this people see the real you underneath eventually and it begins to cause tension. Then the tension never stops building up. Eventually people start breaking and dysfunction comes out and because nobody ever truly dealt with it on their own you create a toxic relationship now, then eventually that will become abusive. Then boom. **** its the fan. Its because this world is about controlling problems, not actually figuring them out in a good way.

I just had my monthly injection, the nurse wasn't even wearing a mask!

My mom started isolating me as the scapegoat of the family.

Never isolated in the first place. Couldn't take care of my farm & my horse & isolate. Life went on as usual with all the people I always interfaced with.

We all have our own lives & we have to handle them in the individual way that works for us.....not what anyone else tells us to do

I take care of animals and I still end up being isolated.

My horse needed vet care, ferrier care, was always going to the feed stores, always went to my small grocery store near my house, I socialized with people who didn't believe in isolating either. I went & did just like always but then socializing at bars or big gatherings was never my thing anyway. Guess I just don't let others control my life.
