People had been telling me about Wish for years so I finally broke down and downloaded the app. Found some really cool stuff I liked so I ordered several articles of clothing and some jewelry. I waited patiently but the delivery dates came and went. I checked my order history and it had pushed the estimated date back, so I figured there must have been an issue with delivery and kept waiting. I was supposed to receive a pair of pants yesterday but of course they never showed up and now the date has been pushed back AGAIN to June 7th!

To make matters worse there’s no way to speak to an actual person and their automated chat system doesn’t give any information or tell me how I can get a refund. I’m absolutely furious. I spent probably $200 and now my items may never arrive. There’s a possibility that I may be moving soon and there’s no way to change the address. It’s ridiculous that a company is allowed to do this to people. Their crap isn’t THAT cheap-the pants alone cost me $50 including shipping. In the reviews everyone is saying they got their stuff early. BS. The last tracking update for my pants says April 29th. They should be here by now!!!!

If you’re considering using Wish you may want to think twice because they fricken SUCK!!!

I dont think they at WISH understand English. I kept telling them to use Google translator. They finally seemed to understand me. Delivery takes a long time. Amazon is worth the extra money due to all these problems.
