I had GAD, OCD, was in the process to publishing 3 books and then COVID hit. Just after starting this forum and was on the road to recovery and then COVID hit and I couldn't come to the neighbourhood Coffee shop to use the wifi untilq today. #DownwithCovid

It's easy to feel discouraged with everything going on. covid is so destructive.
