Two days ago after we moved I found a photo of Dad with me and my daughter.

I've been almost constantly crying. The loss. Is so acute.

There are many articles on bereavement and some have been helpful, and I am grateful. But the hole in my heart remains. Always close to me, my daughter is feeling down, too. I'm glad we are close because this does reduce the sting of loss, but inside me there remains a hopelessness, and some mornings I wake crying.

Access Denied sorry to hear how sad you are. Sometimes that hole remains but we grow flowers around it to hide it in our garden.

Have you considered a support group or therapist to help cope with all this grief?

Access Denied I am sorry for your loss.

Your dad will always be with you in the treasured times you keep in your memory, in the love he gave you and the values he instilled in you.

I’m so very sorry for your loss. Your sadness and grief is understandable. In time, the pain will ease up and the lovely memories you have of your dad will be right there with you all the time. It’s so hard to go through this pain right now but your heart will slowly start to heal and you will enjoy talking about the wonderful times with your dad.

May the memories of the life you

I'm sorry that your poor heart has to endure this. How much time has passed?
