I feel like I am ready to let go of my best friend who died almost thirty years ago and my dad who died sixteen years ago and my mom eleven years ago. I'm not sure how I am supposed to let go?

One idea I have seen suggested in the past would be to write each person a good-bye letter letting them know you're finally ready to let them go. Here's a link to an article, from PC's archives, that touches upon this subject:
The Importance of the Goodbye | Psychology of Women You can also search, on the internet, the topic of writing a letter to say goodbye & find some helpful guidance. Here's a link to one such website I found: How to Write a Goodbye Letter to Someone You Care About ⋆ Life Blossoms __________________ "I may be older but I am not wise / I'm still a child's grown-up disguise / and I never can tell you what you want to know / You will find out as you go."
