...I lost my father. He went "HOME", laying in a bed from hospice. Why is this year so rough? Everything is going wrong this year! I miss my dad!

I'm so sorry. I miss my parents, in some ways, too. It's okay to "talk" to your dad. Who knows, he might hear.

My dad in the body is not easy to reach but the dad he helped create is in my consciousness and I can talk to him and that part of me can talk to me the way he would. It is comforting.
I am not sure if there is any sense in wondering if they are real or not because it really does not seem to matter. What matters is I can find the same comfort I would feel in his presence within my own awareness. It is my private space that I do not need to tell anyone about.
